Candy Jar for Anniversary Gift

This is a candy jar I made for a friend to give to a friend for an anniversary gift. The paint is Martha Stewart mother of pearl. I love the way it came out! She wants hershey kisses almond as the candy. I think this is going to be really pretty with the candy inside. I am making a card to match also... The sentiment will say something like.. May your marriage be sweeter and sweeter as the years go by.. what do you think? Hallmark!! Eat your heart out!! : )

Party Decor For My Niecy Poo : ) She turns (5) 9/1

My Niece turns 5 September 1. This is some party decor I made for her. I hope she likes it all. I am going to make cupcake stands too. I will have them posted soon. I just love the way the letters came out. I used doilies to make it look very femine : ) I think they came out pretty. She can put them on her wall after the party is over. I can't wait for her to see them...she loves to craft too, because she is Aunties Baby!!! : )

Card and Gift For My Daughter : )

Hi All,
My Daughter loves to bake so I thought it would be cute to make her this recipe book and card. The recipe book has 10 pages plus the cover and back. It fits 20 recipes inside. She is a really great baker at 13 years old : ) She recently made her first batch of cake pops that turned out absolutely GREAT!!!
The recipe book was bounded using a bind it all (used to pokes holes and add the metal ring at the top) I used from my kitchen cricut cart to complete this little book. The book measures 7x5 and can stand on a counter to be used for reference. The card is a A2 size card, I wanted it to look like a recipe card so thats why I put the tab on top and just wrote love on it. I cant wait to give it to her. I will post a picture of her cake pops too. She was really excited about them : )

Hi All,
A friend of mine said to me that now she understands why I named my blogg "hubbyletsmecraft"... she said I saw a post from you that was time dated for 2:00am... LOL.. I just wanted to reassure you guys that I am not up till 2 in the morning blogging.. :) there is a feature that allows me to write a blog and post it or schedule it to be sent to emails. So no.. I am not up all hours of the nite and I do not write all day everyday... I just learned how to use the schedule feature : ) I am still learning a lot about this stuff so hang in there with me..
